This camera is a 50 megapixel 30 fps beast! Those additional frames with that lock-on focus helps me to pick out those super sharp crisp shots.
The high resolution 50MP gives me the ability to crop in while still keeping a large resolution image. I'd like to have 2 of these.
For motorsports I usually have the 400 2.8 or the 100-400 on this body.
My reliable 20FPS companion to the a1. I love this camera though I find myself often switching lenses from this camera to the a1 to get that 50MP resolution.
I mostly use the 100-400 or the 70-200 2.8 on the a9.
I usually use the a7III for shots in the pits and some short video work.
The 12-24 and or the 85 1.4 will be on this body.
Sony 400 2.8 GM
My hands down favorite lens to shoot with for action sports. The images this lens can produce are amazingly sharp.
Sony 100-400 4.5-5.6 GM
My favorite panning lens produces tack sharp images and usually lives on the a9 at the track.
Sony 70-200 2.8 GM II
Another great lens for getting some shots at a shorter distance from panning to shots in the garages.
Sony 12-24 2.8 GM
I love the sharp establishing shots I can get from this lens. This will usually live in the a7III to get those wide track and pit shots.
Sony 135 1.8 GM
This is a great lens for getting those shots of the riders on the grid or in the pits blowing the background out.
